Verniz / Varnish

As 1ªs bases já praticamente terminadas, com o 2 camadas de verniz mate para proteger a base e as figuras, de modo a poderem ser manipuladas no jogo. Aquilo que eu não estava à espera foi que no terreno o verniz escureceu a areia, dando-lhe uma cor diferente.

The 1st bases almost finished, with 2 layers of matt varnish to protect the base and the figures, in order to be able to handle them in the game. I didn't expect that in the terrain the varnish would darken the sand, giving it a different colour.

Aqui pode-se observar a diferença entre uma base sem verniz e a outra com. Talvez tenha que trabalhar posteriormente no terreno depois de por o verniz, para lhe devolver a cor original. Agradeço Ideias, Sugestões e comentários acerca deste tema.

Here one can see the difference between a base without varnish and one with it. Maybe I have to work on the terrain after applying the varnish, in order to return to the original colour.
